Terms & Conditions
Your Design
You must own the rights to your design. Orders found to violate intellectual property or copyright laws will be cancelled.
For best print quality, we recommend submitting your design at a minimum of 300ppi.
Printout colours may not be 100% accurate due to printer colour limitations.
There is an inherent cutting tolerance of up to 1mm, which is more noticeable on smaller stickers.
We do not offer design editing services. Please ensure your file is print-ready before submitting.
Ordering & Payment
Submitting the order form does not confirm your order. Your order is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
Payment must be made within 3 days of order submission. Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled, and any applied vouchers or sales pricing will be forfeited.
All orders are delivered by mail only. There are no self-collections, meetups, or cash-on-delivery arrangements.
Processing
Orders are queued for production upon confirmation of payment. Processing begins within 3 working days of confirmed payment.
Any design changes after payment is received will reset your processing time.
Once printing has begun, design change requests will not be entertained.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 3 days of confirmed payment.
We offer two delivery options:
SingPost (Normal Mail / SmartPac Lite) — typically 3–5 working days. Delivery timelines are subject to SingPost's postal schedule, which is outside our control.
Courier delivery — available to residential addresses only (HDB, condominiums, landed properties, school hostels). Sentosa is excluded. No tracking numbers are provided; you are welcome to contact us for a status update or estimated delivery window.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit via SingPost, and no refunds will be issued.
Receipt of items sent via Normal Mail or SmartPac Lite is not guaranteed.
If your item is returned due to an incorrect address, we will attempt one free re-send. A second return due to a re-submitted incorrect address will incur a S$1.00 re-mailing fee (Normal Mail) or the full re-mailing cost (SmartPac Lite).
Privacy Policy
Personal information collected through our order form is used solely for order fulfilment and will not be shared with third parties, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Your submitted designs will not be redistributed.
Completed orders may be featured on our Instagram or Carousell account. If you prefer your order not to be featured, please indicate this in the Remarks field when ordering. We will not be able to process takedown requests after a post has been published.
Stickers containing sensitive information (e.g. full name, address, contact number) will have those details blurred in any features.
